A walk, a shake, a shift...

This morning I woke up with full-on monkey brain—lists, worries, half-dreams, and scattered thoughts. My body started moving in ways I didn’t expect, like it was releasing trauma without me even trying. Instead of fighting it, I let it happen. Then I went for a walk (even though I’ve been afraid to). By the end, I shifted from anxious and stuck… to calm and hopeful.

This episode is about breaking patterns, moving with what your body needs, and finding freedom in small but powerful shifts.
